today we are picking out the music for our film opening, we are looking for something that will set the mood and make our film opening interesting.

we are also re-editing our script because we made changes to our storyboard therefore we will need to change the script to be the same as our storyboard.

Today we are continuing to finish our storyboard and script, so that when we start to film our opening it will be clear what we need to do. we are also deciding where we should film our opening and deciding who should be our main character.

Today i am working on my storyboard, it is a lot of work because i have to really think about what i am drawing and i can not draw very well. I also have to say the camera shot, and the shot length so that when it comes to filming our opening it will be easier and quicker to do.

I have to think about where the camera should be positioned and the correct camera so that it creates the effect that we want.

Editing

Today me and my group decided to re-shoot our preliminary task because we felt that our original preliminary task was not our best work. We also began editing our work, we had to decide the parts of our recording that we did not like and delete them and we had to highlight all of the camera shots and camera angles that we needed to include.

Thursday 11th February

Today we handed in our guide for our film industry which was 20th Century Fox. Our guide involved all areas of the film industry and hopefully will help people who are going to read the guide.

The guide helped me to learn these things: 1) About the different types of genre

2) what film distribution is

3) what film production is

i also learnt a lot about 20th Century Fox, like the different media companies it owns and the films it has recently made/ released.

I hope that everyone else's guide's will teach me a lot about there part of the film industry they looked at.
